Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.

     

  • Prices listed are per night unless stated otherwise and may change based on season, occupancy, or special offers.

     

  • Guests must provide valid ID proof at check-in (as per government regulations).

     

2. Check-In/Check-Out

  • Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

     

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

     

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

     

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in may not be refunded.

     

  • No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

     

4. Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

     

  • We reserve the right to charge for repairs, replacement, or deep cleaning if necessary.

     

  • Illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or violation of property rules may result in removal without refund.

     

5. Pet Policy

  • We are a pet-friendly hospitality group. However, pet owners are responsible for the safety and behavior of their pets at all times.

     

  • Any damage or disruption caused by pets may result in additional charges.

     

6. Facilities & Services

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services as needed without prior notice.

     

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Shreedham Hospitalities is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Odisha courts.
