Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 4 to 6 days prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date or no-shows will not be eligible for any refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Early check-outs
Unused services or facilities
Bookings under non-refundable promotional packages
Bookings made through third-party platforms (please check the platform’s refund policy)
In case of unforeseen events (natural disasters, pandemics, government-imposed travel restrictions, etc.), we may offer full or partial credit for a future booking instead of a monetary refund, at our discretion.
For group bookings, events, or custom packages, a separate cancellation and refund policy will apply, based on the terms agreed upon during reservation. Please refer to your group/event contract for specific clauses.
